DREAM F.O.R.W.A.R.D.?
A movement, not just a program
Dream F.O.R.W.A.R.D. is a STEAM-focused youth initiative designed to unlock the potential of high school students by encouraging them to dream beyond their present reality. At Embouldin To Dream, we believe dreaming big is just the beginning. Young people must be empowered to move F.O.R.W.A.R.D. with purpose. Thanks to the generosity of our community partners and supporters, students participate in the program at no cost to their families.

The program begins with an immersive summer cohort experience that introduces students to real-world exploration, research, and discovery. Throughout the school year, students continue engaging in mentorship, enrichment experiences, and development opportunities that deepen learning and expand their vision for the future. Dream F.O.R.W.A.R.D. is intentionally designed to provide a structured and supportive environment where students are encouraged to explore, ask questions, and grow with guidance from experienced professionals and mentors.

Grounded in our core values of Discovery, Resilience, Excellence, Ambition, and Mindset, Dream F.O.R.W.A.R.D. equips students with the exposure, skills, and confidence needed to grow as leaders, innovators, and community-minded change-makers. As students progress through high school, the program grows with them, providing continued guidance and opportunities until graduation.
OUR FRAMEWORK
From inspiration to action
Students explore who they are and what lights them up inside. They begin dreaming with intention. Students explore their identity, interests, and passions through creative and analytical exercises rooted in STEAM. This phase encourages curiosity and helps students connect their talents to real-world possibilities in science, technology, engineering, the arts, and math.

Students connect with STEAM professionals who reflect their communities and aspirations. Through exposure panels and hands-on simulations, they explore high-impact careers in engineering, technology, health sciences, and the arts, while learning the habits of excellence required to succeed in these fields.

mindset + impact
Students ground their learning in wellness and service. They reflect on the importance of self-care, community responsibility, and legacy, culminating in a student-designed service project that integrates a STEAM solution to a local challenge.
